Disability
This section provides an overview of all calculated compensations rates for disability pensions. Compensation rates represent the benefits as a proportion of previous income.
Single person without children
The graphs show the calculated compensation rates for a single person without children, comparing their income level after receiving a disability pension to their previous income level from employment.
The calculation assumes the individual begins receiving a disability pension at age 50, following a complete loss of work ability after 25 years in the labour market.
Please refer to the section on Disability pension, for more specific information on rules in each Nordic country.
