The sources of information and data
Most importantly, the webpage refers to the current Nordic members in all working groups in both committees. This information is found on the “Who we are”-page: https://nhwstat.org/who-we-are
All national members of the delegations and working groups are experts in their field and are appointed by relevant national ministries or institutions. Furthermore, each working group have appointed resources from the Nomesco-Nososco secretariat.
The working groups that produce content on a webpage are referred to as “Author group” on each page and are as such responsible for updating and revising the content. Any general description refers to the author group collectively, whereas information with specific national reference refers to the national member of the working group, or a national network of experts. This also includes tables with rules.
Data in the database are from either statistical bureaus, ministries, departments, or institutions. Specific information of the source of data is found in each table in the database under the “About table”-section.
Statistical data is collected from national data-providers and is always validated by at least the national member of the respective editorial group before publication.

Because there is no specific author on the webpages, we recommend that each webpage citation refer to the organization of Nomesco-Nososco.
